I provide grief and trauma counseling for children, teens, and adults using creative outlets such as art and play techniques, and talk therapy. I follow a person-centered approach that aims to meet you where you are in your healing journey, including creating awareness, self-compassion, mindfulness, and support. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Grief Professional (CGP) with a professional background working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, adults, teens, children, and individuals with brain injuries.
I follow a humanistic approach that aims to meet each person where they are in their healing journey, including creating self-awareness, and self-compassion.
You are encouraged to be your genuine self and control what therapy looks like for you. During this challenging time, my role as your therapist is to walk with you as you sort through your experience, reconnect with yourself, and rebuild your life in a meaningful way. You deserve the space you take up in this world. You are entitled to feel safe.
