I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Grief Professional (CGIP), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II), and an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) clinician.
My focus includes grief, trauma/PTSD, public safety responders (police officers, veterans, active military/reservists, first responders), military family members, wilderness and outdoor trauma, childhood trauma, and school teachers/counselors/administrators.
My training and experience include Neurobiology, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Play-oriented therapy, and Art Therapy.
